You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

BookFunnel

I use BookFunnel to deliver ebooks, advance review copies (ARCs), and reader downloads.

When you download a book through BookFunnel, BookFunnel processes information necessary to provide that service according to its own Privacy Policy.

Photography Services

If you contact me regarding portrait sessions, event photography, workshops, or other photography services, I may collect personal information necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide those services. This may include:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number (if provided)
  • Event or session details
  • Billing information (if applicable)

This information is used solely to communicate with you, schedule sessions, deliver photographs, process payments, and fulfill our agreement.

Where required by law, photographs created under a client agreement may be retained for archival, backup, and business record purposes.

Image Rights and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photographs may be used in my professional portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, or promotional materials where permitted by applicable law and any signed photography agreement. 

If your photography agreement provides different usage terms, that agreement takes precedence.

Client Galleries

Client galleries may be hosted through trusted third-party services for the purpose of image delivery and ordering.

These providers process only the information necessary to deliver your gallery and are responsible for protecting the security of the data they process.

Payments

If you purchase photography services, payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. I do not store your complete payment card information.

Depending on the services you use, this website or my business may use trusted third-party providers, including:

  • BookFunnel (reader downloads)
  • Newsletter provider (e.g. MailerLite)

Email service provider

My mailing list is managed through Substack. 

Your information is stored securely by that provider and used only to send the emails you have requested.
