Snæfellsnes, Iceland: “Close to the Light”. Really wishing I could have spent more time in Iceland! This picture was taken after we got somewhat lost in Snæfellsnes and ended up entering through what I think was the far side of the park from where people normally do. We walked up to the edge of the glacier and sat for a bit and contemplated the sheer power and presence of place the mountain had. I think I understand something more of the Norse ideas of Jutons after being there.
